At the very beginning of a project, a Test Plan is identified for system-level test criteria. During development unit tests are built into the code. We have multiple QA people responsible for each project. Once primary QA person certifies a project, then the secondary QA person has to certify whether the test-plan has passed.

This person is responsible to management for any issues with the deliverable.With multiple levels of scrutiny quality issues are resolved.

The offshore resources look at the deliverable from higher-level point of view - whether the look-and-feel, language and other culture-sensitive issues are handled, to have world-quality deliverables.
